Pointed Toes and Yoga



The Pointed Toes team has recently been doing some Private Yoga Lessons and we have discovered that yoga has some great benefits for us Dancers.

Yoga involves a series of physical poses and would be a great way for Dancers to relax between classes, rehearsals, and performances, while still maintaining flexibility and strength.

We highly recommend you try a class today.

Yoga has also inspired the PT team to start supplying Yoga Wear, so keep a look out for some exciting new Yoga gear coming to the Online shop soon.
